Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is used by our whole organization for HR purposes. That includes payroll, personnel management, insurance and benefits, etc.

Pros

  • Easy to use.
  • Clear instructions.
  • Clean design.

Cons

  • Better mobile integration.
  • Positive ROI on HR by streamlining process.
Rippling is much better, Paycor is a headache. If Paycor is a Ford then Rippling is a Rolls-Royce.
Never had any problems with support, they are always prompt and helpful.

Everything works really well, no complaints.
I've only used it for HR, but for that purpose I'd recommend it to anyone.
