Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for onboarding from the moment the offer goes out to set up the employee. We also use it to secure our workstations incase they are lost or stolen, which is important because many of us are work from home. It's a full-service HR platform that really launches the employee into their new job quickly. It's probably the fastest onboarding I've experienced as an employee!
  • The offer letter signing and onboarding after
  • Securing devices
  • Having information all in one place, including an org chart
  • The landing page is a collection of links to other parts. It would be better to have useful info right there on page 1.
  • Positive impact in that we don't have to manually set up employees.
I've used UltiPro and it's not great by comparison.
When I reached out, they weren't very helpful and sent me back to our internal team to have them reach out instead...

It's easy to navigate, especially once you get used to it.
It's very well suiting to companies looking for the most efficient onboarding process possible and that have flexibility in that area. Companies that have rigid onboarding requirements or very specific needs might not be able to take full advantage of the no touch process that Rippling provides. Startups and tech companies will love Rippling!
