Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Everyone in the company uses Rippling. We clock in and out. Paycheck stubs, insurance. We can ask for future days off. Celebrate other’s anniversary and birthdays.

Pros

  • User friendly.
  • Everything you need on one site.
  • Wonderful customer service.
  • Knowledge in our day to day.

Cons

  • Emails when it's down.
  • I keep track of my time.
  • Keep track of benefits.
  • Keep track of paystubs.
  • Updates on anniversaries.
  • Updates on birthdays.
Rippling is by far more user friendly. I really have never used a company like this in the past but I know I want it for the future.
I just love the ease of Rippling.

User friendly.
I have no complaints about Rippling. This is the 1st company I have worked for that uses it. And I believe Rippling should be available at every company. I want it at home so my kids can do chores and see the incentives.
