Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

The whole organization uses Rippling for payroll, onboarding, trainings any any other administrative needs such as enrolling in insurance, etc. This keeps us organized via a third party ensuring we get everything we need done on time without the human error that usually occurs with an employee doubling as HR within a smaller company.
  • I like the formatting and easy-to-maneuver handling.
  • I like how straightforward payment information is.
  • The mobile-friendly app is efficient and easy to use.
  • I cannot think of any troubles I've had!
  • It has given me a great understanding of my pay cycle.
I have not used a previous system in my last workplace and I use Rippling because my employers chose to retain it for our company.
I have not had any issues using Rippling. I would like my company to utilize it for more!

The app and website are both easy to navigate.
I think being in a smaller company, Rippling acts as HR, billing, etc. where some people have to double in those positions Rippling makes it easier to take that burden off the company. I do believe it can work well for huge companies as well to keep everything organized for all employees.
