Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
Rippling is an extremely easy platform to work in. It's easy to navigate and provides simple ways to manage employees' insurance, payment information and paid time off. It also provides places for social posts to keep employees engaged with one another. The layout is easy to understand, so training employees in how to use it is quicker.
- Great for tracking employees' PTO requests.
- Displays paystubs in an easy to understand manner.
- Requests two-step verification, for added security.
- There's always room for improvement on customization.
- Adding pictures to the site should be a little simpler.
- For the most part, Rippling is already a great site!

It's a little different, so I wouldn't compare.
