Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is used as an HR tool for current employees to manage schedules, insurance information, paycheck services, and to onboard new employees. In my experience, Rippling is used across the entire organization/business and has streamlined many of the processes for new hires and the Human Resources department.

Pros

  • Updates on paychecks when they are issued.
  • Onboarding new employees.
  • Managing employer/employee insurance policies.
I currently have not needed to use support for Rippling.

Really good from a UI/UX perspective and as a new employee. I was able to navigate the service fairly effortlessly as a first time user.
Great for getting new employees started at new companies and for use an dashboard for employer and employee information.
