Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
My company recently switched over from our old benefits provider to Rippling, and I found it a very painless process. Clarifying (and reminder) emails were commonplace and I had little trouble completing the various forms needed to get my new healthcare/benefits/payroll, etc. up and online. Looking back on the various hoops I had to jump through with our old provider, I wish my company had made the jump sooner!
Pros
- Email notifications.
- Painless signup/form filling.
- Optional supplementary documentation.
Cons
- First healthcare email had very important information that really should have been included with future emails.
- URLs in supplementary documentation were not labeled, I got lucky that I clicked on a link on accident and then started checking for them.
- In forms requiring signatures/choices, you cannot move onto future pages without making your choices/signatures on the current one. I would have liked to review the whole form before signing/choosing anything, though all the info is findable in supplementary documentation if you're willing to go hunting.
The old benefits provider had a far-less user-friendly website, I had trouble finding things in it and there didn't seem to be much information to review. I remember having to email HR because my login information didn't work for weeks after first signing up for a benefits package. There also were 3 different websites all requiring their own logins, whereas Rippling everything works on a single login.
