Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
Rippling is being used across the whole organization. It helps to organize and streamline our processes for HR management, PTO requests, and accessing vital employee information, including information on benefits and payroll. We also use it to track time worked for our hourly employees. Rippling has served as a one-stop shop for us.
- Good user interface that is intuitive.
- Single sign-on for integrated apps.
- Organization of key documents for benefits.
- The tool for hourly employees could be improved. It seems like I need to approve the employee twice for some reason.
- Rippling has helped to streamline key internal processes and equip our managers to execute their functions.
