Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is used as the new management system that allows us to request time off, view company "off" days, and view/manage everything to do with our payroll. It has been extremely easy to use and easy to set up. Everything is laid out in a way that is very intuitive and it would be hard to get confused when navigating the site.

Pros

  • Clean layout.
  • Straightforward payroll viewing.

Cons

  • Mobile app can be hard to view and request time off.
  • No questions needed management of all employment needs.
ADP is outdated in its layout, was confusing to navigate and I honestly never opened it up ADP except to review my payroll and log back out. Rippling is totally different in the sense that you can explore the website without getting lost, and find a bunch of useful tools at every click!
