Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Currently, our company UtilizeCore uses Rippling across the entire organization. It helps manage all of our internal benefits such as payroll, health benefits, commuter benefits, PTO, etc.
  • Payroll.
  • Insurance.
  • Commuter benefits.
  • Having live customer service 24/7.
  • Tax page.
  • Commissions page for sales people like Xactly.
  • Implementing a pre-built system.
  • The platform itself.
  • Simplifying the HR/ Employee documents.
Bamboo, in all fairness, was another great internal platform that my last company used to track benefits. I [enjoyed] Bamboo, but Rippling is much easier to use, and I like how you can navigate through the platform faster. I also like the added alerts Rippling provides to your email notifying you of when you get paid, any changes made to your account, etc.
Again, in all fairness, this would be my only major feedback to Rippling is that it can definitely benefit from having more available agents and a better customer support team to help users. I say this because I recently signed up for the commuter benefits card (which I was pleased by the turnaround time within receiving it), but when I went to use it at the MBTA, it declined, and I had no idea why. It was because the benefits didn't start until a certain date and the pin that was associated with the card was in the Commuter Settings tab (which I wasn't aware of). Needless to say, this simple thing could have all been fixed and resolved had I been able to contact someone from Rippling, but I wasn't able to, and it was very frustrating. This was the only downside that I've experienced.

The usability of Rippling is very easy. The layout is user-friendly, it isn't complicated, and most of all, it is easy to navigate quickly throughout the home page, which I like the most. The only advice I have for this is to add more tabs, preferably to the left-hand side with added navigation of what you are looking for, but it is fine just the way it is.
Rippling is a very easy-to-use platform. This is my first time using Rippling at this company, and I love it. I've used many different platforms before at many different companies that tend to be more on the 'clunky' side, whereas Rippling is simple and [...] doesn't take as much effort to learn. I like how Rippling notifies you by email when you get paid. I also like that Rippling is extremely efficient and fast. For example, I registered for the Commuter benefits, and within the next week, I already had my commuter benefits card delivered to my house. I was very pleased by this.
