Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is being used to track time off, payroll, benefits, to-do lists, and other company-related tasks on the whole organization.
  • To-do list.
  • Benefit enrollment.
  • Payroll.
  • Time off requests.
  • I can't think of anything.
  • Rippling has it all!
  • And, as an added bonus, it is a very organized application.
  • Positive: Organization.
  • Positive: Tracking of completed tasks.
  • Positive: Reminders of completed and incomplete tasks.
Simplicity, which is important for me. Rippling is simple to use and focuses on important information. Additionally, Rippling is so easy to use and it is a breeze to find the information I need. Not to mention that I fill out a benefit form or a time off request without any difficulty.
I haven't had the need to contact support for the application usage. This tells me a lot about how great the developers created it. I give it a 10 mainly because they thought of everything; including expecting everyday situations. I can only speak for myself though. I can just imagine that support is great when handling any type of request.

Yes

As I mentioned before, Rippling is very easy and simple to use. It has features that I have not seen in other applications such as a to-do list, reminders, app shop, onboarding tracking, among other things. Its simplicity is priceless for those long benefits forms that must be filled out on a yearly basis.
Organization. I know exactly where to go and how to find what I'm looking for. Precise. Everything is clear and well explained at the time of filling out forms/requests. Room for changes. If I need to update information in my profile, forms, or requests, I can easily change anything and update it as needed.
