Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We're using Rippling as our central payroll and IT platform. Whenever we're onboarding someone new to our team, be it a full-time employee, (national or international) contractor, or intern, Rippling is our go-to solution. [The Rippling platform] has new team members sign their offer letter, handle legal & tax affairs, create a Gmail account & email address for them, and sign them into all of our day-to-day services like Slack, GitHub, Figma, etc... There's no manual work needed. Really, Rippling is extensive and pretty much covers anything you might need.
  • Handle IT for new employees (sign them up with our email-, development-, and product management services)
  • Clarity. Rippling is extremely easy to use.
  • Speed. Rippling is hassle-free and allows us to onboard new employees in literally 2 minutes.
  • Smaller waiting times between screens
  • More streamlined payroll management
  • Help with receiving an EDD or such
  • It has increased our image.
  • Employees mentioned how happy they were to be paid super quickly.
  • Everything is automatic, so employees can get up to speed after just approx. 1 hr.
I couldn't even pass the onboarding on Gusto since they were so static on collecting unnecessary infomation upfront.
[Rippling's] support has always been extremely personal, accurate and specific to what we needed help with. Often, Rippling was able to help with practical, strategy-oriented questions.

Rippling is extremely easy to set up and use. Being a startup, they seemed to be tailored exactly towards our needs and helped with benefits, legal compliance, state laws, etc...wherever they could.
Rippling is for everyone, period.
