Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We're using Rippling as our central payroll and IT platform. Whenever we're onboarding someone new to our team, be it a full-time employee, (national or international) contractor, or intern, Rippling is our go-to solution. [The Rippling platform] has new team members sign their offer letter, handle legal & tax affairs, create a Gmail account & email address for them, and sign them into all of our day-to-day services like Slack, GitHub, Figma, etc... There's no manual work needed. Really, Rippling is extensive and pretty much covers anything you might need.
- Handle IT for new employees (sign them up with our email-, development-, and product management services)
- Clarity. Rippling is extremely easy to use.
- Speed. Rippling is hassle-free and allows us to onboard new employees in literally 2 minutes.
- Smaller waiting times between screens
