Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling daily to clock in for work, job changes, breaks, lunches and PTO.
  • Job Codes
  • PTO Requests
  • Custom Job Codes
  • Note Section
  • Tagging managers for immediate attention
  • The organization chart does not have detailed info and makes it hard to understand responsibilities.
  • Insurance tab is useful and easy to maneuver.
  • Payroll & Time tab is useful and easy to maneuver.
  • Assemble and from Autodesk
Assembled is more detailed oriented and allows us to tag managers for review when submitting PTO requests. Assembled also has more PTO codes to choose from including but not limited to Planned and Unplanned PTO. These additional coding options allow us to give more detailed information in case of an emergency.
While Rippling gives us the basic needs, in a day an age of working from home it is more imperative now more than ever to have detailed options to log and report PTO. I also have had issues with double job codes being listed when I end a task to take my lunch break. This info is misleading by showing that I was walking on a task while at lunch and throws off my stats for the day.

Do you think Rippling delivers good value for the price?

No

Are you happy with Rippling's feature set?

Yes

Did Rippling live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Rippling go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Rippling again?

No

In cases of emergency Rippling is not best suited because you don't have the ability to tag or mention managers for immediate attention like the competitor Assembled.
