Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling weekly to cover personal items, such as payroll changes, benefit enrollment changes, etc. Additionally, I use the software to closely monitor our organization (i.e. new hires, direct report changes, organizational structure, etc.). This software has been invaluable to me both from my mobile device and from my company PC. All changes are simple and user-friendly. I really appreciate the clarity that Rippling provides across the board.

  • I honestly have no complaints with Rippling at this time.
  • I cannot speak to this directly, as I am not an administrative level user. However, I think the ROI must be good if the software has been repeatedly chosen over competitors.
I have also used Gusto and ADP in the past. Both worked great in their own rights; however, suffice to say that my organization chose Rippling over the aforementioned. I'd like to think that speaks for itself. Rippling has really proven to be a vital addition to our organization. I appreciate what you guys do.
I personally haven't needed to use support. I am rating this a 10 simply because I haven't needed it. That speaks volumes in my mind.

It honestly doesn't get much easier than this. The software is exceptionally user friendly.
Rippling has been a great tool to utilize within my organization. I have yet to encounter a scenario where a question cannot be answered by simply logging in and navigating Rippling. I commonly put in PTO requests here, monitor the growth of my organization and its respective departments, as well as get email reminders about upcoming birthdays and company anniversary dates for employees which I find to be a nice touch. All in all, this is phenomenal software to use for tracking and managing an organization, and I greatly appreciate the time spent developing the software. It is invaluable to me. Truly.
