Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling to manage my PTO, sick days, and payroll. It is a user-friendly interface that makes HR stress-free for any company! Also, Rippling's tech support is very responsive and reliable. Rippling makes it easy for my company to manage the day-to-day tedious tasks such as distributing and signing new contracts and time-off requests so that we can spend more time doing what is important.

When I had a question about my paycheck, Rippling's response was immediate and appropriate. My customer support representative fully met my needs and gave me a response that I could understand. They were well-equipped to meet my needs and I was not disappointed with the support I received!

Rippling's user interface is excellent. I think that the site layout is simple and easy to navigate, even for those who are not very tech-savvy.
I think Rippling is very appropriate for larger-sized companies, where payroll, vacation requests, and contracts can get burdensome for the internal teams handling HR work. However, Rippling also works very well for small companies that are just looking to streamline these tasks in order to focus on big-picture things.
