Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use the Rippling Dashboard to manage my payroll, leave balance, required employee HR related tasks and benefit plan details. The Rippling Dashboard notifies me when tasks need to be completed for HR compliance related issues. The Rippling Dashboard allows me to select my insurance coverages and allow for signing and generating the necessary forms. It is a one stop process.
  • It notifies me through my email of a compliance task I need to complete.
  • The Rippling dashboard is very user friendly and typically just a click and it opens up to what you need.
  • The Rippling dashboard icons are self explanatory and easy to move around the platform.
  • Integrate the annual company training on Dashboard.
  • Allow for the access for training modules to reduce having to access another site.
  • Provide the links to the training portals.
  • Provide the links to the applicable health insurance sites offered through the benefits packages.
  • Easy access to benefits information.
  • Time saving and ease of use.
It is a very good tool. The platform is easy to use and maneuver around. The icons are self explanatory. No struggling around the dashboard.

The Rippling dashboard is very easy to move around. The icons are self explanatory. Like the notification system when upcoming tasks are needed as well as completed.
Rippling is well suited for companies that need a easy and faster way to manage the administrative HR and Benefits side of the business. This helps to ease the stress on resources and employees can access information quickly. Rippling would be less suited for a company size of 1 to 10 people.
