Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for time management, training, benefits, and payroll. This product has streamlined our HR process and has made payroll so much easier to approve. The onboarding of new staff is so easy because the new team member can complete everything needed before starting their first day. That means the new team member hits the ground running on day 1 instead of taking time to fill out all the paperwork and start the learning portion.
