Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our organization uses this for time & attendance, insurance & benefits, time off, forms and employee training, task organization, payroll, device management. I use it every day, all day long at work to mark what tasks I am doing and how long I've spent.

Pros and Cons

Easy to clock in / change job / take a break
Easy to look at pay stubs and current/past hours worked
Super easy to edit timelines for work and adjust as needed with notes about why there were changes
Insurance information is super easy to view and includes relevant information like group and member id
Paycheck distribution to multiple accounts, easy to set-up

The website doesn't resize well, needs UX help. Lines of text overlap while resizing.
Would like a faster clock in / out option

Usability

Very easy to use overall, great interface and not too many buttons or pages to get lost in. Easy navigation bar and very clearly worded pages.

Easy to find the information I am looking for like my time for the week and previous pay stubs. It's well suited for that because I don't have to ask anyone for that information and it's available for me to look at any time. A few weeks ago I needed to know how long I spent on one specific project and it was helpful to quickly go into Rippling and see how long I spent on a specific day with each job. I also wanted a breakdown of the taxes taken out of my paycheck, and Rippling has that information broken down into neat categories. It also has a YTD on my 401k on the paystub, so I really enjoy having all of the information in one place.
