Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling in the Customer Success department for monitoring our Time off requests, Benefits, and employee policies.
  • Easy to manuever
  • Easy to understand
  • Very fast support if confused about anything
  • Calendar version as well as list version of calendar
  • Rippling makes requesting my vacation time a breeze!
  • All of my insurance benefits information is readily available making it easy to find during Dr. Appointments.
Rippling has a much easier and more informative design. The information is easily downloadable and you can find it in the appropriate categories compared to long listed versions in Gusto.
Fast and easy support when I did not understand how to view certain documents.
