Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I have used Rippling to onboard for my new job and as part of my current job. It's been an incredibly easy, seamless experience. I've been impressed with the platform, the app, and the website experience, especially as a new hire. Very easy to navigate.

Pros

Cons

  • Nothing that I can think of.
  • Seems to be great ROI

I wouldn't know. I haven't had to use support yet, but it seems like there is functionality for this.

Seems like a great tool for the company especially compared to other platforms I've seen.
It's a great platform for managing employee databases, new hire paperwork, onboarding employees, employee benefits management, employees requesting time off, etc.
