Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

In my company, we use it to fill out our timecard. It is very easy to use and intuitive, it does not require much effort to understand the app. and the app updates are constant. The only problem I see is that sometimes it takes time to enter or update the information.

  • Personally, I use it as an employee and I don't see that kind of thing in the app.
Due to the constant updates that they give to the app, it is clear that you are listening to the people who use the app and want to provide a better service, that is why I think that the support is good in general.

Due to the constant updates that they give to the app, it is clear that they are listening to the people who use the app and want to provide a better service, that is why I think that the support is good in general.
Personally, I only use it as an employee to mark my entrances and exits from work. also, use this app to request vacation or sick leave. And for all those things that I mention, the app works very well, it is easy and intuitive. It does not require much knowledge to know how to use it.
