Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We came from Justworks. Rippling essentially replaces it. We use it for benefits, payroll, and employee management. Rippling streamlines a lot of the hard-to-follow stuff like health insurance enrollment. It also simplifies the process of requesting time off. There are also tons of integrations available that will help us in the future like the ones available for stock options. 10/10 would recommend

Two big differentiators: Rippling has more benefits options, and payroll splitting across accounts. It also scales better with company growth
Help is always readily available. We have frequent email correspondence. The UI on the Rippling platform makes it clear that there is support

The UI/UX is super fluid
It is well suited for payroll setup (I love the ability to split paychecks between bank accounts). It's great for managing time off. It provides a streamlined interface for picking benefits options. The interface makes directions and progress very clear. Rippling also provides quite a bit of extra helpful information when setting up tax and bank account information.
