Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for SSO to log in to many apps, managing time off, and managing our employee benefits. All in all it's a very easy-to-use one-stop shop. Not only this, but the experience is rounded out with clear email prompts when certain tasks or updates need to be completed. Rippling "just works" which is very appreciated at our company.

Pros

  • SSO - easy to log into other apps
  • Time management - easy to request PTO or grant it for reports
  • Benefits management - open enrollment was seamless in Rippling

Cons

  • Employee management organizing - Rippling shares high-level info like org charts, but I don't work with my employees from Rippling
  • Improved participation - we exceed industry participation in workplace surveys, insurance enrollment, etc.
I did not select Rippling, but when compared to Gusto it has delivered a more professional experience for me. Information is more clearly presented and easier to access. Gusto was a "friendlier" software in feel but oftentimes not the easiest tool to understand important HR-related info (i.e. tax info on employee pay).
I have not needed to lean on Rippling support, but my understanding is that our team's had a lovely time working with them.

Would you buy Rippling again?

Yes

Rippling's very cleanly laid out and easy to navigate. Only small tweaks could further improve it - i.e. making it clearer when you are in an Admin account vs. an employee account.
Rippling is a great platform for accessing the information on the fly related to human resources. It's very user-friendly and plugs in nicely to other apps. At my company, we currently have expense management, application review, and even certain data tools all connected to Rippling for SSO. It's a fantastic "home base" for employees.
