Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

The Rippling app is very easy to use and the service they provide is great! Every check is on time, and all the integrations make it a very useful tool for our whole company.

  • Allows for integrating with the rest of the tech stack
  • Easy, efficient, and accurate payroll
  • Device management
  • It'd be nice to have a this year vs last year OOP comparison during open enrollment
  • Add a legal plan to the benefits!!
  • Using Rippling lets our COO focus on actually training new hires instead of worrying about shipping equipment, downloading apps with new hires, etc.
  • Rippling helps us manage regulatory compliance, which is crucial for a small start-up
I liked TriNet but it was difficult to make changes and sometimes there were delays to things I needed done. Rippling has better integrations with other systems, too.

The app is very easy to use.
Rippling is a great option for a company that does not have a fully established HR team and can't manage things like employee onboarding or open enrollment in-house. The combination of the necessary PEO functionality with responsive success teams and technology integrations make Rippling very easy to use.
