I was introduced to Rippling through onboarding in my new position, and I can't speak highly enough about my experience. From offer letters to email setups to training to insurance elections - Rippling takes the stress out of the onboarding process. As a new employee, I know exactly what my new employers expect me to complete within the onboarding process, my employers have real-time visibility of my progress, and Rippling gives me all the tools I need to complete each task within the program itself.
