Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
Rippling is used for the majority of our HR needs such as payroll, learning management, benefits, and time-off requests. Basically, we use Rippling for any personal issue related to work. If I have questions about my last paycheck, what my benefits are, enrolling in my benefits, tracking how much time I have asked off this year, Rippling is where I go.

Very similar to Zenefits. Actually, Rippling is identical. One great thing that Rippling does in comparison is that the enrollment process is significantly easier for things such as benefits. Gusto did not explain things as well as Rippling. I prefer the app structure in Rippling to Gusto as well. Ranking below:
