Rippling streamlines the internal app stack for critical business applications, including payroll, HR management, learning management and more. Rippling's platform is easy to use, intuitive, and user friendly. I prefer Rippling over the competitors in this space.

Rippling is great for onboarding new employees, and makes the benefit elections process very easy and intuitive. The learning management module is effective, and easy to use. Overall there is nothing I have discovered so far that could be improved for this platform.
