Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for our Org chart and Benefits. We have not seen any issues with this product yet. Rippling has made it easier to keep track of individual documents with HR and managers

Pros

  • Makes it easy to see my Payroll.
  • Makes it easy to see who reports to who.
  • Makes it easy to request time off.

Cons

  • RPass could be more like Lastpass when it comes to sharing passwords.
  • RPass could be more like Lastpass when it comes to storing Cards.
  • RPass could be more like Lastpass when it comes to adding passwords.
  • love how easy it is to navigate the Org Chart to find my coworkers
  • easy to review resumes

Working with Coworkers that are in different states Rippling's Org chart makes it easy to find their contact information fast and easy. RPass makes sharing passwords easy.
