Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Our company is using Rippling as our benefits provider. We use it to select our health insurance, commuter benefits, PTO, and payroll. Overall, it is easy to use and does a good job showing you how exactly your contributions get matched by the company and what you get. One thing I would improve is having better documentation on the health insurance you sign up for instead of having you go to the insurance company themselves for the policy docs.

  • Not having insurance documentation in one place
  • As a user, its been a good experience
Rippling has an easier to understand UI than Workday.
