Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

My company purchased Rippling and as an employee, we use it for payroll and benefits management.

Pros

  • Quick support ticket response
  • Legal help with regards to benefits elections (FSA & HSA)
  • Easy interface to update payroll and benefits elections

Cons

  • It would be nice if Rippling could provide projections or a calculator for maxing out 401k contributions based on what I have contributed so far.
  • I'd love to see projected State and Federal taxes based on my latest paycheck and my contributions so far. This would make it easier to use the IRS calculator and adjust how much to withhold each paycheck.
  • Rippling system for submitting FSA claims could be improved, providing more information on the documents needed.
  • Not applicable, I'm just a user. However support helped me to save thousands of dollars.

Had a great interaction with the support team. We had a problem we were trying to solve with benefits due to a qualifying life event. Not only were they quick to reply but they provided a very clear response and solution. Their solution required work on their end. They really went above and beyond to solve our problem.

As a user, its very easy to navigate through Rippling's interface. I don't have to go in there a lot, but when I do, it's easy to find what I need.
After using a number of other HR tools at previous jobs, Rippling is hands down the best solution on the market. It has a clean interface, clear instructions, it's extremely easy to use and gives you access to your information. I couldn't ask for a better tool!
