Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I currently use Rippling to manage my own time off requests, select my insurance benefits and receive notifications for newhire setup and implementation. Our hiring manager will send me a to-do in the system when I need to onboard a newhire, create their accounts for use within the business, etc.
  • Time off management - Easily select my time off and add info if i feel the need
  • Payroll management - Ability to separate my check into parcels to go to diff deposits
  • To do list creation - Create todos for work tasks that need to be accomplished
  • The time off management section asks me to either select an entire day, or, ask me to enter a start time for hours off, then ask for how many hours off. A good fix would be to let me enter when a work day starts/ends and have the system do the math for you by just entering when you will leave.
  • Speaking as IT specialist, I can definitely say that it has helped me streamline setting up new employees. I get a todo from our hiring manager when I need to create the accounts and assign equipment and it has been a lot more helpful than getting an email that says "get this done". The auto reminder feature is also VERY helpful with this!

Rippling is VERY easy to use. As I previously mentioned, I worked with a rather large company that went through multiple iterations over my 13 year tenure with them of HR management in-house, and it never came close to the level of usability I have with Rippling. The site is clean, the app on my phone is equally clean and usable and the feature set my current company uses is spot on for our needs.
I've worked at a rather large Fortune500 company before who decided to inhouse their HR/Benefits system. In the 13 years I was there, they went through 4 different iterations of time off/employee management. The Rippling system is very well suited for small business and I think would scale up VERY well to large businesses as well. The UI is very user friendly and not complicated at all. There are things that I mentioned in a previous question that I would change, but that is more of a peeve of my own, than a case of something being broken.
