Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is really great for managing PTO, insurance, etc. It is always very easy to find what I need to do tasks like open enrollment. By far one of the easiest employee management softwares out there. I mainly go in to manage my time off and all types have records and countdowns for your limits. Very easy to manage!

Rippling is super easy to use and a lot more intuitive compared to tools like Workday. While Gusto is great for small startups, it isn't as robust as rippling when it comes to managing employees. Hibob works well but it isn't as intuitive or easy to use as rippling in my day to day.
Rippling is awesome to use for employees that do not live and breathe in HR software. Easy to use every time that I need to take time off or need to check my paycheck etc. Would recommend to any company looking to get off their system. Easy peasy for any level of tech.

Probably the most useable system out there for HR management. Really nothing else you need for a medium sized business. Plus, we are located all over the world and it works great. Has really been a lifesaver that I can easily access from my cell phone. UI and UX is great and intuitive.
This is definitely the best employee management software that I have used. I get email notifications for payroll and detailed info of taxes etc. Also nice for tracking my PTO, sick leave, etc. Much more intuitive than other platforms that I have used in previous years. Overall, great for any level of tech know how.
