Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use it to manage people, benefits, PTO, etc. Everything we need is right at our fingertips. The user experience is great - simple and easy interface to use.
  • Seamless log in
  • Easy SSO to other apps/websites that are part of PEO
  • Easy to understand visuals
  • This is so minor but need to put something: I don't love the colors but understand that's your brand and wouldn't prohibit me from using it.
  • I'm guessing there are fewer questions for our HR/people team as Rippling is very much self-serve
  • Easy way to request PTO
  • Easy to update personal info vs. reaching out to HR team
Never used support but it wouldn't let me continue without a response

Yes

Easy to use as an employee but I can't comment from an HR standpoint, and they're the heavy users.
I think this would be especially great for smaller or growing companies, as an easy way to manage all things people.
