Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We use it to manage people, benefits, PTO, etc. Everything we need is right at our fingertips. The user experience is great - simple and easy interface to use.
- Seamless log in
- Easy SSO to other apps/websites that are part of PEO
- Easy to understand visuals
- This is so minor but need to put something: I don't love the colors but understand that's your brand and wouldn't prohibit me from using it.
- I'm guessing there are fewer questions for our HR/people team as Rippling is very much self-serve
- Easy way to request PTO
- Easy to update personal info vs. reaching out to HR team
