Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
I use Rippling to onboard and offboard employees, payroll, and benefits management. WE need reports run constantly on how much we paid in bonuses previous, looking for files I have stored for each employee. Rippling makes it easy as a one stop shop to see what benefits employees have and what they are playing. We used to use another company for benefits and another vendor for payroll and it was a headache. Combining them has made it that mush easier for me to look up anything I need.

Cons
- Some of the reports could be easier to run es: employee and address.
- Sometimes the customer service is a bit funny, but in the end I get what I need,
- I save time with payroll and having betterment connected
- When I onboard I have a list set up through Rippling that I can check off as needed
- Offboarding an employee is easier for me as that in I have one place to do offboarding instead of 3.
At the time when we started they did not have payroll set up so we still had to use a seperate company for payroll. Now we have it all in one. They were not connected with any apps that I have now on Rippling.
