Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We use Rippling to maintain company departmental structure as well as keeping track of insurance and time of requests. This is beneficial as it helps take the guess work out of which person in a department to contact with specific problems related to very niche use applications. Rippling has also made it incredibly easy to receive time off requests from subordinates.
- Easily accessible which is a huge plus
- Security, having 2 factor authentication is a huge plus
- Condensed, a good majority of employment related materials all in one place
- There has been a prolonged issue with the application not properly displaying/ incorrectly calculating accrued time off and sick days.
- My wife does everything when it comes to picking insurance plans and filing taxes. It would be nice to have a spouse portal or login so she could log in whenever and I wouldn't have to stop what I'm doing to try to get her in.
- It would be nice e if we could consolidate and search for all 401ks as a feature of the application
- Not publicly traded
Rippling is several tiers above what ADP was capable of especially in responsiveness and eas of use. This is by far the best management too in this category I have ever used. I would recommend it to anyone, literally anyone especially those who are starting companies, Rippling is small business friendly.
