Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use it for HR purposes. It's nice to be able to see our holiday calendar, time off requests, 401k, healthcare services, etc. in one central hub. I end up using it for time off requests more than anything, but having a virtual HR rep always available to answer questions is a huge advantage.

  • Would be great to get greater healthcare info on the actual platforms. Searchability for healthcare providers would be huge.

I have no complaints. I really appreciate the transparency, accessibility, and efficiency it has provided.
Time off requests are very easy and time-saving. I think for small businesses who can't employ a full HR team, this is a great stand-in for the parts of small business that are most difficult to manage. I can also see how it could still be a good platform for larger companies whose HR needs a central hub.
