Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Over the past few years, I've experienced working with a number of similar vendors and Rippling is definitely the best. I use the same account pre-hire as I do now that I'm employed. It's easy to find what I need and the emails from the system are helpful and timely. I access my account 3-5 days per week for checking payroll, looking at our organization hierarchy and structure, checking benefits, and online learning. A+ from me!

Pros

  • Pre and post hire sign on
  • Integrated learning management
  • Benefit information well organized

Cons

  • I'd like to be able to customize my main dashboard
  • I sometimes get nudge emails even after I've completed tasks
  • Could be prettier?
  • Improved ramp up time for increased productivity

I've never had to struggle to find something.
It helped that my online learning during company onboarding was in the same place as where I was going to sign up for benefits, learn about people in the company, and update my personal information. I've worked places where each of those things were done in separate systems and couldn't keep track of where to go for each piece and get back to where I started something. With Rippling it was easy and I had the smoothest onboarding yet. The benefits only continued as I've continued my work.
