Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling to access my paystubs through the payroll section. It provides a quick and easy overview of each paycheck and quick access to downloading a full paystub. I can also manager my health benefits through Rippling with ease. Both the online and app experience are very user friendly and contain all the information that I need at a moments notice.

  • The mobile app does not have a friendly UI. At times I cannot review the same information for PTO or company holidays that I can when using the computer.

Rippling provided me with excellent support. Responsiveness was very quick and made me feel important when I was in a moment of stress. During the SVB closure, I was not able to receive my paycheck the day that I was supposed to. I was constantly given updates from Rippling that made me feel much better about the situation at hand.

Rippling has a nice user interface that makes it easy for new and tenured employees to understand. All of the menus are laid out in a straightforward manner that does not require guessing when trying to find a specific topic. I am thankful that I do not have to waste any time when trying to find specific documentation.
The quick and easy access to my personal information is what I enjoy the most about Rippling. I think that the layout of the application is very user friendly and provides the most needed information right on the main screen when you login. Overall I am happy with my day to day experiences.
