Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Rippling is our 1-stop-shop for all HR Tools employees may need to access. Reviews, insurance, payroll, tax docs, time off, etc is all in 1 single location instead of 6 or 7 different links living in the bookmarks bar in my browser.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Very intuitive and easy to use design
Purely from the employee point of view, it seems like Rippling is robust enough of a platform to really house every tool needed in an organization for employee managment
I've had to deal with getting MDM off of a machine through Rippling and the tech support staff was excellent

Cons

Personally I don't have any, any time I've needed to pull something up it's typically a couple clicks away

I'm just an employee and not at a level that can answer this question

Alternatives Considered

Nconnect

Rippling is far easier to use. A much more polished and well thought out design has made Rippling much easier on the employee end. Clear and intuitive iconography, UX and pathing that makes sense, and well thought out placement of assets.

Support Rating

I had to get some MDM software removed from a machine from a company that I no longer worked for and Rippling was able to work with me and the company to get me taken care of.

Usability

I feel like it's all I've talked about in this review, but the ease of use is the absolute beacon for Rippling. Having everything in 1 product, and then everything also being super easy to get to makes all the tedious HR tasks so much easier to do. And I'm able to do them efficiently and quickly without a bunch of questions.

Likelihood to Recommend

Tax time was a breeze, all my payroll and insurance docs in 1 place. And then shortly after tax time, is the employee review season. Rippling again is the place to go for our employee reviews. If I need time off, Rippling. If I need to file an equipment request, Rippling. If I have HIPPA or Security training, Rippling. A single place where employees can handle all of their admin obligations makes it easier to do those tasks on time and correctly.
