Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use it for steps such as completing the onboarding process for users, also tracking information of them after they are in the company itself.

Cons

  • It could be linked to Google apps or emails to make a more complete environment.
  • Could add one ticket system more complete and available for the user and Specialist.
  • Maybe at future a tracker of worktime or clock-in/out for the user.
  • By far is not my business but i've seen it as an user of the company that it lead to a more efficient onboarding.

Easy to use.
It's well suited for big companies with requirements of having information from the start/end of one employee where it becomes hard to work with a big amount of employees, this would be above 300.
