Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is used for a number of HR functions (ATS, employee management, timekeeping, learning management, etc). We did a lot of work manually and really wanted to bring on a system that would help streamline a lot of the processes that required a great deal of manual labor.

  • Wish there was a way to create a template specifically to be uploaded to an employee profile without having to save it to the overall docs page (esp. if it is employee specific/won't be used frequently)
  • Being required to map an uploaded doc to an existing doc
