Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is our HR and payment management system, offering us the ability to request time off, view pay stubs, visualize our calendar and benefits, and more. I use it to request time off, view and update my payment stubs, and update personal information. It's also beneficial for reviewing particulars about my job requirements, touching base with management, and communicating efficiently.

Pros

Cons

  • I would love to have direct communication channels with supervisors in Rippling.
  • It would be nice to have investing options for my 401K plan directly in Rippling so you don't have to leave the application.
  • Rippling has been super helpful in understanding how I get paid and why, boosting morale.
  • Rippling has made it incredibly clear how much time I have been taking off (or not), making it easier to implement PTO strategically.
  • Rippling makes taking training super easy and efficient, therefore more likely to see increased completion.
I have never had a problem contacting support through Rippling and have experienced top-tier customer service every time I have faced an issue.

Rippling is certainly the most user-friendly HR and management software I have used. It's incredibly intuitive, with easy access for employees and managers, clear visibility, and simple but incredibly useful functions. I don't feel like it's a hassle to use.
Rippling has been super useful in helping me plan out and allocate PTO and understand company holidays. It's super easy to visualize when and where my time off will be throughout the year, and it helps me stay organized. It's also super helpful for budgeting since I get a clear breakdown of how much I made, where it was allocated or invested, and how much was spent on taxes each pay period. I love reviewing and updating my payment plans at any time.
