Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
In my organization, Rippling is used as a Core HR platform and payroll, along with various functions like learning management systems and documents. It's currently solving my main problem by making international payroll easy and automated; there is no need for a middle person. I easily got onboarded to my organization. All the onboarding and any new policy documents get updated from my org in rippling it's easy to have it here and access them anytime rather than sending them over mail and me signing them and replying to the team over mail is a hectic process all this can be done in rippling now, we can read and sign documents and accept any newly shared documents or org policies. I can easily view my tax sheet and upcoming payroll dates in the tax sheet and get all my tax-related stuff and documents sorted in rippling along with it every month I can view or download my payslips I can do that or download them later anytime they get stored in rippling. If I want to split my pay into different banks I can do that. I can access Rippling anytime on my mobile too which is awesome. I can view people in my company by org chart and org diagram in the rippling which helps me to get to know more people and their roles, this is a huge benefit while working remotely and meeting limited people daily. In rippling there is a learning management system too, in my org we do the required learning in rippling like Workplace Diversity and Inclusion learning and many more. Recently I faced an issue with my payroll, I raised a ticket in rippling to customer support, and they instantly reached out to me regarding the issue, they were in constant touch and provided regular updates about the issue till it got resolved, and they resolved pretty quick which I didn't expect, I faced same issue in my last org it took way long because they were not using rippling and it was some other website, I never taught anything regarding payroll gets resolved this quick, way too go rippling team. As I'm an international employee, rippling is a single-stop Hr platform with an amazing experience, I can view all my holidays, leaves, and PTO and apply for the same through Rippling then I can view the status for the same. You can do more with rippling by using various inbuilt apps. Overall my experience with rippling is awesome I recommend rippling if you're doubting your choice. Thanks!

Rippling would be preferred over greytHR due to flexibility and the inclusion of optimum scope for feature range compared to traditional HR and payroll functions. Whereas greytHR majorly deals with HR management and payroll, especially for Indian businesses, Rippling provides a more all-inclusive platform that comprises HR, IT management, and global payroll. Employee data and IT needs within the one-suit solution: Rippling can handle employee data, IT provisioning, and software access management and can automate onboard/offboard. It is beautiful for tech-oriented companies or remote and distributed teams. Although it would come cheap to businesses with a very narrow focus on HR in India, Rippling has an advantage over greytHR for more prominent companies with complete comprehensive needs with its scalability and global payroll features and also aspects of IT management integrated, all of which have allowed it to run so smoothly.
