Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Our company uses Rippling for payroll, benefits administration, and team management (PTO tracking, etc.). The challenges we were facing were effectively onboarding our entire company to an easy-to-use platform where they can self-serve most of these tasks, and that's the problem Rippling addresses very well.

Pros

  • Finding clear and complete payroll info (paystubs, W2, etc.).
  • Guided benefits enrollment and administration.
  • PTO request and approval process.

Cons

  • Better 2FA options - app-based authenticator in addition to email/SMS.
  • More easily customizable email notification options.
  • Reduced questions from our team around payroll/benefits significantly.
  • Was able to fully implement platform and onboard team within 1 month.
I have never contacted support but am unable to skip this question as directed.

UX is modern and easy to use, requires very little onboarding or training for our team.
Based on my experiences, Rippling is exceptionally well suited for SMBs looking for an easy-to-implement and easy-to-use platform for everyone at the company to self-serve many essential functions such as payroll and benefits. The pricing model is also straightforward and flexible depending on company size.
