Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for virtually every HR application at my company!

Pros

  • Secure Sign In
  • Visualized Org Chart
  • Easy Access for My Pay Portal

Cons

  • The emails for getting paid are a bit cheesy
  • Sometimes sign-on is TOO secure and I get locked out
  • They have saved time for managers
  • They have saved time for employees
  • They have streamlined org chart updates
Rippling has a more wholistic product

Rippling is easy to navigate and use, information, well laid out, and makes all of the housekeeping tasks of HR work very seamless and straightforward so that I can get back to work!
