Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Great all-in-one portal for all the things I would typically have to contact my HR team to do. Payroll, taxes, W2s, compensation package, time off requests, direct deposit forms, withholdings, insurance info and claims. It's great. I love that it's completely automated so I don't have to request information and wait on others for updates or forms I need.

Pros

Cons

  • 2FA is required every single login. Really needs a "remember this device for 30 days" type of option
  • Certainly saves my time from having to manually make requests to the HR team
  • Saves the HR team hours every week by letting employees self-serve online
Never had to contact customer support.

Easy to use, intuitive categories and button placements. No training required to figure things out.

This is the best system I've used to date. Workday is probably the closest competitor I've had experience with in the past, but I definitely prefer Rippling.
