Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We use Rippling for most HR functions. We use it daily for timecards, but we log in less often for ethics training, payroll, organization charts, and information on benefits.
Pros
- On the pay week, it sends an email with the pay stub.
- The wording in email reminders of something that needs to be done is nice and sometimes even funny.
- I love being able to see the benefits information! There is even an option to add the ID number, so I have everything in one place.
- To keep information safe, there is an MFA option that you are reminded to set up.
Cons
- The IT installation is a great "hands-off" way of ensuring the security of your own device, but upgrading to Windows 11 Professional was an unexpected cost.
- I would like the dependent and my SSN to be hidden and only shown if I would like to click on it.
- Recently, we had training that expired, and we weren't notified. A new employee started and couldn't take the training, so we had to find out why. So, I would like to see some sort of communication about training being replaced.
- We only need a few people dedicated to HR, Payroll, and IT.
- The system tracks work anniversaries and birthdays so we can recognize those people on that date.
- It can work with other apps linked to the software. For instance, we use a separate application for performance and goals.
None of the others could do what Rippling does for the cost.
