Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling as an all in one HR, payroll, benefit administration, and PTO tracker. It is incredibly easy to use for each function we require, as listed above. I really appreciate how easy it is to input PTO and doing yearly benefit enrollment is a total breeze. In the 6+ months or so that we have been using it, I have 0 complaints and highly recommend this product to any company of any size.

Rippling is leaps and bounds ahead of Paylocity and ADP. Paylocity and ADP are archaic and outdated and are some of my least favorite HR/benefit software I have used. Rippling has been awesome to use and has a better UI, more features, better support, and is in my opinion the crown jewel in its category.
I have yet to contact support but have heard positive things. Now I am having to fill out this text box with extra text because it will not let me move forward without typing more words so here are some more words until I hit the 50 required words. Thanks.

As mentioned in all of my other responses during this review, it is super user friendly and has a very nice UI. Everything is easy to find and the application is easy on the eyes. It would be nice, however, to have a dark mode as I am not a fan of bright windows on my computer screen.
Rippling is a perfect solution for HR, payroll, needs for annual/yearly trainings or competencies, PTO management, and benefit selections. It has been so easy to use and the wide variety of extra resources are so nice to have such as employee assistance programs. I don't see a scenario where it would be inappropriate to use Rippling at a professional level for a company.
