Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for payroll and time off approvals in our internal company, and also use it for our hourly interns. The main use case is timesheets, logging hours, and getting hours approved for our interns. We also use Rippling for all contract signing and creation, for full time and hourly employees.

Very simple UI/UX, eliminating any confusion proactively.
Well suited for salaried employees of companies to use when receiving payment, enrolling in benefits, signing contracts, and requesting time off. Less well suited for hourly employees logging hours, requesting time sheet approval, signing contracts, and exporting timesheets. Moderately suited for admins. Rippling’s automated emails are often blocked by .edu domains, which becomes a significant issue for interns.
