Rippling is an all-in-one platform we use to streamline HR, IT, and payroll processes, addressing challenges like employee lifecycle management, compliance, and global payroll. It automates workflows such as onboarding/offboarding, device and software provisioning, and benefits administration while integrating with tools like Slack and Google Workspace. This centralization reduces administrative overhead, enhances security, and improves efficiency across HR, IT, and finance operations.

Pros

  • allows me to see my payslip info clearly
  • allows me to locate and track all my compliance and job role training in one place
  • allows me to submit my expenses easily and see when i have had then approved and paid
